Rivka Levin: Development Director
Rivka joined the Atlanta Shakespeare Company after completing her Master’s degree in Media and Performing Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in 2005. This degree prepared Rivka to serve the Tavern through Media Relations, Marketing, Theatrical Promotion, Casting, Media Criticism, Business Writing, and Project Development, in addition to further honing her skills as a performer. Rivka has been a member of Actor’s Equity (the professional actor’s union) since 1997, and is also a classically trained singer, harpist, and vocal pedagogist. When not onstage at the Tavern, she serves as the Music Director for the Georgia Renaissance Festival and performs with several bands. Rivka likes to make her own jewelry, study virology and epidemiology, and design and sew her own period costumes.
